These terms cover your use of this website and, at a high level, the terms of engaging BL/.NK STUDIO for project work. A signed Client Services Agreement governs the specifics of any individual project and takes precedence over this summary.
Projects are billed in stages — a deposit to start, a milestone payment at design approval, and a final payment at launch. Delivery timelines shown on this site are averages based on past projects, not guarantees; actual delivery depends on how quickly feedback and assets come back to us.
Included revision rounds are stated per package/stage. Changes beyond the agreed scope are billed at our standard hourly rate or scoped as a change order, always confirmed with you in writing before we start.
Once final payment clears, you own the deliverables built specifically for your project. We retain ownership of our own internal tools and frameworks, and may feature finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us to keep it private.
If you need to cancel, you're responsible for work completed and any costs incurred up to that point. Let us know in writing and we'll settle up fairly.
